HomeHistoryThe FactoryAbout UsContact us

We are a loose collective of performers, musicians, writers, designers, and others. It has only been possible to create our work by utilising the commitment of more than 150 individuals, who have given of their time, skills, and energy for free.

Though the bulk of our work has been large-scale and from original scripts, we have also undertaken performances of some known works in more intimate venues.

Our ethos from the outset has been to try to make our work available free of charge, so it can be accessible to as many people as possible.

In addition to the 12 original pieces of work we have staged across London to which entry has been free, we have also worked with The William Morris Society, and The Pushkin Club performing for both as a part of their fund raising processes where an audience has been charged for entry. We have also undertaken a number of benefit performances for The Torriano Meeting House where entry was by donation.

We could not have created our work without the support of both individuals and organisations who have made spaces available to us for both rehearsal and performance at little or no cost. We are particularly grateful to all those individuals who have made personal financial donations to support the work of the company.

We are happy to acknowledge past financial support from Pushkin House, Camden Arts, and Awards for All.
